Gastrointestinal complications and esophageal stenosis after crack cocaine abuse.

We describe the case of a 29-year-oldman who presented to the emergency room complaining of sudden and severe abdominal pain for 3 days. Delayed resolution of pulmonary oedema after cocaine/heroin abuse.

Respiratory damage caused by crack cocaine may predispose drug users to infectivity.
